“I love real estate. It’s in my DNA. I have been involved in it my entire professional life, and I felt this was a natural extension of my business and experience. And one of the main things my 30+ years of experience has taught me is, by far, branding and marketing are the great differentiators. Anyone can put a sign in the yard, but the question today’s sellers need to ask their prospective agent is: What is your marketing strategy?,” said Tim. “You need to be totally satisfied with their answer. Most importantly, you should do your own homework to see if the agent actually does what they say they do and can demonstrate it. It’s the only way to get everything you’re asking for. If you’re unsure, by all means, interview someone else. As you can imagine, most relationships of this nature don’t improve over time.”
Back In 1987, Tim got his start at J.L. Mason of Missouri, the parent company of Mason Homes, which at the time was Missouri’s Largest Homebuilder.
